The value for money was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of bars, cafes, and shops surrounding it. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, from helping us with our luggage to extending the breakfast time for us.

Clean hotel, polite and enthusiastic staff from taxi drivers to waiters. Central heating, a work desk, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room, good location. A well priced and intimate venue, my first choice in Naples.

Location not far from an old historical Palace in the old Town, and the center of Napoli. Bread and fresh fruit served in the morning. Nice design, very good service in the entire hotel.

The Entrance Hall with Carriages is like stepping into a time machine, where you can admire the oldest coaches of Naples restored to their charm, transporting you back to the seventeenth century. It's a royal experience!

The staff at this hotel were beyond amazing! They were so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The breakfast selection was top-notch, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, cold meats, cheese, and cereals. The hotel's location in the vibrant and colorful area of Piazza Gesu Nuovo was perfect. The convenient lift on the right-hand side of the courtyard made it easy to get to our rooms and the nearby metro station and port area were easily accessible. The rooms themselves were airy and comfortable, despite the noise from the square. this quirky and friendly hotel was a fantastic choice in the old town, just minutes away from the ferry terminal and craft beer bars. Service doesn't get any better than what we experienced here. We were greeted by Dora, who provided refreshing drinks and snacks and organized an early morning car to the airport. She even left out breakfast for us. We only wish we could have stayed longer at this incredible hotel. The staff, especially the young lady at the reception, were outstanding and extremely helpful. She patiently helped us book a taxi for an early morning ride and ensured there would be no issues. The staff was the shining star of this hotel and made up for any negatives.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and a stunning view over the rooftops. The location was perfect, just around the corner from a charming piazza with excellent restaurants. The staff at this boutique hotel were enthusiastic, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The only suggestion I have for improvement is the food for breakfast could be more varied and substantial.

The staff was extremely helpful during our New Year stay. They offered us a drink upon arrival and provided us with a map. The location was great; near to public transport and tourist sites. Our room had a wonderful rooftop view that we really enjoyed.

The noise outside during the night was a bit bothersome, though we were aware of that. , the heating was left on so the room was too warm and we had to open windows, letting in more street noise.
